A lot like the doppelbock, but yeastier. Unfortunately under carbonated. Rounded fruitiness with a slightly bitter aftertaste. When you throw the yeast in, the earthier notes are more prominent and it becomes incredibly dry.
I'd like to try this blind against a Rochefort 6 some time.
